Privacy policy
You can read Green Root Guide without creating an account or submitting personal information. If you use our forms, we store the information you choose to send.
Information you send
When you send a message through the contact form, we store your name, email address, subject, message and submission time privately so we can review your enquiry. When you sign up for guide updates, we store your email address and submission time privately. Signing up does not currently send any emails.
Abuse prevention
To limit repeated submissions, the forms use a daily hash derived from the visitor's network address. This hash is stored with submissions and used to limit form activity. Form submissions are not publicly available.
Analytics and external services
We have not connected a site analytics service. Our pages load fonts from Google, which may receive technical information such as your network address when those fonts are requested. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
How your information is used
Contact messages are kept for handling enquiries. Newsletter email addresses are saved for possible future guide updates; we are not sending newsletters yet. We do not sell form submissions.
Your choices
You can browse without using either form. To ask about a message or subscription, request correction, or ask us to remove information you sent, use the contact form and identify the email address you used. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
